This extensive renovation was delivered as a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) project, requiring precise cost management, transparency, and collaboration to meet the client’s goals.

Our team at Charles C. Brandt Construction Co. (CCB) played a pivotal role in creating a vibrant and versatile community space that revitalized the shopping center into a hub of activity for the Plainfield and Hendricks County communities. The renovation demanded meticulous planning and execution, adhering to a strict schedule that was further condensed by two months. Despite these challenges, CCB’s team rallied together, leveraging our expertise in schedule management and adaptability, to ensure the project was completed on time and ready for the Grand Re-opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
