The Pat McAfee Show

Indianapolis, IN

about the project…

CCB transformed an old church into a dynamic and versatile space for the Pat McAfee Show, showcasing our expertise in adaptive reuse and conversion projects. The project involved converting the structure into a modern facility complete with state-of-the-art offices, a full media studio, and a full-size basketball court.

This unique conversion required addressing the complexities of working with an aging building, including structural challenges, modernizing utilities, and repurposing existing architectural features. By blending the historical character of the church with modern functionality, CCB delivered a one-of-a-kind space tailored to the needs of the Pat McAfee Show. This project highlights our ability to adaptively reuse existing structures and create spaces that are both innovative and purpose-driven
