CCB renovated the east half of the Skyline Club, located on the 36th floor of the OneAmerica Tower in downtown Indianapolis. This 8,000 SF occupied space project included the Anytime Lounge and main event space, delivering a modernized, sophisticated environment tailored to enhance the guest experience.

The transformation incorporated custom fabrications, an under-lit LED bar top, and a dynamic lighting scheme to create a unique atmosphere. Working in an occupied high-rise presented unique challenges, including careful logistical planning for material deliveries, noise control, and ensuring a safe environment for club members and guests utilizing the meeting space.

These challenges required meticulous planning, attention to detail, and ensuring minimal disruption while achieving the project’s goals. The expertise and adaptability demonstrated in this project highlight CCB’s ability to successfully manage complex renovations in active, high-profile environments.
