This beautiful office space located on Monument Circle in Downtown Indianapolis was built for our client, Resultant previously known as KSM Consulting (KSMC). As the general contractor, we performed selective demolition, carpentry, insulation, doors/frames/hardware, glass and glazing, framing/drywall, tile, acoustic ceilings, carpet, paint and wall covering, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.

With any project comes challenges, and this one was no different. Resultant wanted to maintain the atmosphere of the original building, which required the exposed ceilings to be properly cleaned and cared for. Also, since the client was moving personnel to this office from their north-side location, we wanted to make it feel like an extension of their of their home office space as opposed to something separate. Coordination of materials was another big challenge that needed to be addressed, as this space was directly over a bank.

Resultant was extremely satisfied with the product we delivered, and we have since been called back to perform small jobs for them.
