CCB completed a highly technical rooftop signage replacement project for OneAmerica’s 38-story headquarters in downtown Indianapolis. The scope included removing and replacing the building’s large, illuminated rooftop signage and structural support brackets, work that demanded precise coordination, detailed planning, and close collaboration with the client and design team.

To safely access the top of the high-rise, our team installed a custom swing-stage lift system and carefully monitored weather conditions, wind speeds, and public safety considerations throughout construction. By proactively managing these factors, CCB maintained safe operations for building occupants, pedestrians, and nearby downtown traffic. This project showcases our expertise as an Indianapolis general contractor in delivering complex, high-rise work in an active urban environment while prioritizing safety, quality, and professionalism from preconstruction through final installation.
