This project is a perfect example of how you can bring an old existing building back to life with a new purpose. This two story brick building was the perfect spot for a full service restaurant and bar, considering its proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis Convention Center, Victory Field and many area hotels. The building, previously utilized as office space, was completely gutted down to the structure. All new plumbing, mechanical and fire suppression systems were installed. All of the windows were replaced with new insulated units and the building’s main entrance was shifted to the east allowing direct access from the private parking lot. In addition to the interior improvements, outdoor seating was created by adding a first floor patio area and large second floor balcony for warm weather dining. The balcony offers a great view of the Indianapolis downtown skyline.

Rock Bottom Brewery College Park marks our 13th project with Rock Bottom Restaurants. Undeniable proof that CCB’s focus is on Customer Service. The Owners worked closely with CCB to make their vision for this upscale restaurant a reality. With an aggressive four month schedule to complete this ground up project, CCB found a challenge we could sink our teeth into. The extraordinary effort of everyone involved allowed not only for construction to be completed ahead of schedule, but also allowed for returned savings to the Owner. Now that’s a lot of bang for your buck.
