Meet Lee Ann Lankton! Before starting with us, Lee Ann earned a Civil Engineering degree from Purdue University. She then spent many years as a roofing expert, which has been a very beneficial asset for our team to have on staff. In 1997, former President and CEO Bill Freeman encouraged Lee Ann to bring her talents to CCB-- and we're so glad that she did!

Lee Ann's original responsibilities involved purchasing, focusing mostly on special projects. She now manages the majority of our food processing projects, including the multiple locations of Park 100 Foods.

The food industry offers plenty of unusual challenges, from a construction stand point, that must be carefully and sensitively addressed. Buildings must be water tight and able to stand the test of time while also meeting the criteria for safe food handling requirements set by the USDA. While it's definitely tough work, Lee Ann has done it more than a time or two and loves the satisfaction after successfully finishing a job.

Outside of her work at CCB, Lee Ann enjoys playing tennis and coaching girl’s lacrosse at Guerin High School. Her daughter, Sarah, is a collegiate lacrosse player at the University of Findlay in Ohio.

What's that you say... Lee Ann's last name looks familiar? Well that's because Lee Ann and CCB President Steve have been happily married since 1981 and working under the same roof since 97.

“I have found this company to be made up of honest, hardworking, trustworthy people. That truly sets Charles C. Brandt Construction apart from other organizations.”
