RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

We are expanding our team of Project Managers.  Your critical thinking and disciplined patience will help you excel in the scheduling, planning, and organization of new build and tenant improvements projects.  As a Project Manager, you will coordinate projects from initial budgeting to construction punch list.  Your ability to meet with clients and develop a realistic plan and budget will be essential to your success.  Keeping multiple projects on time, on budget and according to plan will be a daily priority.  Our clients come to us with projects that require a high level of project management and they will rely on you to turn their visions into reality.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

  • Meet with clients, identify needs, and conceptualize their vision.

  • Recognize underlying project issues, plan, and schedule accordingly.

  • Develop initial budgets, review with client, and prepare final estimates.

  • Maintain project schedules for multiple projects in conjunction with the Project Superintendent.

  • Identify appropriate subcontractors, solicit estimates, and maintain good working relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum five years experience in commercial construction with at least two years in a project management role.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction technology, civil or mechanical engineering is required.

  • Hands-on construction experience is a plus.

  • Computer savvy with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word experience is required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and SureTrak preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Charles C. Brandt will reward your talents with an excellent salary and bonus program between $65-85k that is consistent with your depth of experience.  You will also receive an exceptional benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) retirement plan, PTO, disability, Flex plan, and educational benefits.
